Editorial Content Supply Agreement

Appointment

If applicable, the Supplier may provide content (e.g., demo media) to EDU SOFTWARE INFORMATICS DOO. for demonstration, testing, and marketing of Dream Animates.

Licence Grant

Supplier grants EDU SOFTWARE INFORMATICS DOO. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use supplied content to:

• Demonstrate and market Dream Animates (e.g., before/after examples);
• Create thumbnails, watermarked, or low-res versions;
• Make minor technical enhancements (e.g., cropping, colour correction).

No End-User Licensing

EDU SOFTWARE INFORMATICS DOO. does not sell or license contributor content to end users. Any public use will be illustrative (with appropriate credit or model/property releases where required).

Royalties

Not applicable unless separately agreed in writing.

Supplier Obligations

Supplier warrants it holds rights and releases necessary for the permitted uses and that content is lawful and accurate.

Return/Removal

Upon written request, EDU SOFTWARE INFORMATICS DOO. will cease using specific Supplier content within a reasonable period, subject to technical and archival limitations.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public information.

Termination

Either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice. Existing materials may persist in archival or cached formats.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Montenegro; courts in Podgorica, Montenegro.
